What Is a Mimic Display?
A mimic panel features a printed or engraved diagram of your grain store layout directly on the panel door. LED lights and push buttons correspond to each piece of equipment, giving the operator a clear, physical overview of what’s running and where grain is being routed. Mimic panels are simple, robust and require minimal training.
What Is an HMI System?
An HMI (Human-Machine Interface) replaces the traditional mimic with a colour touchscreen. The grain store layout is displayed graphically, with real-time status updates, one-touch route selection and alarm logging. HMI systems are ideal for medium to large stores where operators benefit from automated sequencing and visual feedback.
What Is SCADA?
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) provides full centralised monitoring and control of your grain handling facility. A PLC handles the automation while a PC or tablet-based interface gives operators and managers complete visibility of the system, including remote access, data logging, trend analysis and reporting. SCADA is the choice for large commercial stores, co-operatives and merchant sites.
