Designed for smaller ventilation and cooling fans typically found on flat-floor grain stores and on-farm drying setups. These panels provide simple, reliable control with motor protection as standard. Ideal for pedestal fan cooling systems, small duct fans and low-power ventilation applications where straightforward start/stop control and safety protection are all that’s needed. Each panel is built to order and can be configured for single or multiple fan operation, with optional automatic control via temperature sensor input.

Built for the higher demands of centrifugal blower fans and large axial fans used in continuous flow dryers, high-capacity on-floor drying systems and commercial ventilation. These panels handle the higher starting currents and power requirements of larger motors, with star-delta or soft-start control to reduce mechanical stress and supply disturbance. Variable speed drive options allow precise airflow adjustment for optimum drying efficiency. Each panel is designed around your specific fan and motor combination, with full integration into your wider drying or cooling control system.

Your panel is designed and built in our Grantham workshop, fully wired, labelled and tested before leaving our premises.
Installation & Commissioning
Our engineers install the panel on-site, connect your fans and sensors, and commission the system ready for operation.
Ongoing Support
We provide training, seasonal servicing and telephone support. Repair services and spare parts are always available.
Agricultural Fan Control Panels
Fan control panels are at the heart of any grain drying or cooling system. The panel manages the starting, stopping and protection of your fan motors, and in many cases provides automatic control based on temperature or moisture readings from sensors within the grain store.
Low Volume vs High Power
Low-volume fans — typically pedestal fans, small duct fans and ventilation units — can usually be started direct-on-line with a simple contactor and overload relay. For larger centrifugal and axial fans, the high starting current demands star-delta switching, soft starters or variable speed drives to protect both the motor and the electrical supply.

Safety & Protection
All Tryac fan control panels include motor overload protection and emergency stop circuits as standard. Earth fault protection can also be fitted if site requirements request this protection, phase-failure detection can also be incorporated on request, interlocking sequences and, where required, burner management safety systems for heated air drying.
